Junk Removal Campaign Advances Successfully in Santa María Huatulco
The junk removal campaign collects 85 tons in Huatulco, demonstrating a commitment to health. Residents are encouraged to participate.
The Municipal Government of Santa María Huatulco, presided over by Eng. Julio Cárdenas, through the Health Department, in coordination with Municipal Services, the Department of Agencies, Neighborhoods and Colonies, Vectors personnel from Sanitary Jurisdiction 04 Costa, local representatives and citizens, continues with the intensive junk removal campaign and elimination of breeding sites for mosquitoes that transmit dengue, zika and chikungunya.
During the days of April 14, 15 and 16, a total of 85 tons of junk were collected in various areas: 42 in La Herradura, 42 in Barrio Maguey and 1 in Barrio El Tamarindo, reflecting the collective commitment to the health and well-being of Huatulco families.
